Enter a World of Digital Creativity: Exclusive Tour of the Digital Art Fair 2023

The Digital Art Fair HK 2023 is Hong Kong’s first-ever physical and virtual art fair of its kind, first launched in 2021. It features a 360° immersive art experience, Virtual Reality art and world-class Crypto NFT art. This year’s fair will feature a captivating focus on the intersection of art and culture with technology, fashion, and luxury. Visitors can engage with interactive installations, dive into virtual reality realms, and witness mind-bending visual experiences that challenge traditional artistic boundaries. Highlights of the event will be the AI Art Zone, a specially curated section showcasing groundbreaking works that blur the lines between human creativity and artificial intelligence; along with the immersive room – created by the “Digital Artist of the Year”. There will be chances to participate in engaging workshops as well.

NFT and digital art are core pillars of the Web 3.0 space and are closely watched by industry practitioners and the wider public alike. Remarks

• In the case that the minimum number of enrolment is not achieved for the group tour or due to any other unforeseen circumstances, CFA Society Hong Kong (the “Society”) reserves the right to cancel the activity and refund the full amount to the paid registrants.  

Important Note – Arrangements under inclement weather

• If typhoon Signal 8 or above and/or Black Rainstorm warning signal is in force at or before 8:00 AM on the date of the screening, the event will be cancelled. Please stay tuned for the Society’s official announcement in case of adverse weather.

Registration

• Please note that all participants are joining this group tour entirely at their own risk. Participants will not abide to hold the Society responsible for any accidents of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, or for any damages to or losses or destruction of properties arising during the activity.
• Interested parties are requested to register online and no walk-in will be entertained.
• Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• To cope with the growing trend of going cashless, cash and cheque payment is strictly not accepted.  Please ensure the online payment is successfully completed, otherwise, the registration may not be processed.
• Registrations should be paid in full before the commencement of the event. Immediate payment is required upon email confirmation. Should the registration fee remain outstanding, CFA Society Hong Kong reserves the right to disallow entrance to the event.
• After completing the online registration, registrants will receive email notifications with registration details. A reminder will also be sent before the activity begins. If you have not received the email notification and reminder from the Society, it is the delegate’s responsibility to contact the Society to confirm their place.
• If you have any discomfort or flu symptoms, please DO NOT participate in the captioned activity.
• The event organizers reserve the right to change the format, date of the event due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• Should there be any changes to the event dates and other arrangements, we will notify participants via SMS and/or email.  Notices will also be posted on the Society’s website.  Please stay alert with our notifications.

Policy for Substitutions, Cancellations and No Show

• Registrations should be paid in full before the commencement of the activity. The Society reserves the right to disallow entrance to the activity for any unpaid registrations or registrations in doubt.
• Full amount of registration fee will still be charged for no show or enrolment made after 10th September 2023 (Sunday).
• For any cancellation of confirmed enrolment on or before 10th September 2023 (Sunday), an administration fee of HK$50 plus 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and be confirmed by email from the Society.
• Refund of the registration fee (after deducting HK$50 administration fee and 50% forfeiture) will be given for cancellation received on/before 10th September 2023 (Sunday).
• For payment made by credit card, refund will be handled through the card-issuing bank. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. The amount will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.
• No refund will be given for cancellation received after 10th September 2023 (Sunday).
• Substitutions are allowed and please notify us no later than 10th September 2023 (Sunday) if such arrangement is required. Non-member rate applies if the substitute is not a CFA Society Hong Kong member.

• Your personal data collected from the registration process will be used for the purpose of the administration of the course/event/activity on which you are registered (“Event”). Such data collected may be accessible by CFA Society Hong Kong’s officers, persons or committees processing the application and related matters. CFA Society Hong Kong reserves the right to inspect personal identity of participants. In addition, CFA Society Hong Kong may use the collected data for statistical research and analysis. By submitting this registration form, you understand and agree that CFA Society Hong Kong may provide your personal data to co-organizers/service providers in or outside Hong Kong for the purpose relating to the Event.
