Philosophy may help on dimension upgrade, but philosophy drives by wisdom desire which is ego.  Ego, instead of logical interpretation, dictated most of our decision.   Investors tend to “explain” their decision by cherry-picking selectively and with strong bias.  

Q : Where does the bias came from? 
A : Values system of the brain. 

Q : What formed the values system?
A : Blood type is the pillar for the values system. 

Q : How blood type influence our values system?
A : In my view, it is the active area dominance/ decision of the brain of 4 blood types.

Fred will tear down human brain software (less bloody) via his decades of research on blood type ego operating system (O/S).     Three years ago, Fred spoke with us about “AI + Blood Type + Behavioural  Finance = Insightful shortselling strategy?”   The coming speech will include his latest 3 years’ leapfrog findings.

About the Speaker

Mr. Fred Wong specializes in global technology stocks investments, which concentrate on long and short global semiconductor, hardware, software, the internet and artificial intelligence stocks.

Prior to joining the hedge fund industry, Fred was a technology analyst at BNP Paribas, analyzing hardware technology companies in China. Fred ranked No. 5 individual vote in the hardware technology sector of the 2008 Institutional Investor All-Asia research survey, and No. 1 Earnings Estimator in IT & Consumer Durables in 2009 Thomson Reuters Starmine survey.

Fred also had 10 years of experience in various management positions in semiconductor companies including Solomon Systech, Realtek, Novatek and UMC. His responsibilities included strategic planning, strategic marketing, due diligence, roadmap design and distribution management.

Fred received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2008 and his bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 1995.

– For Non-members, after registering for the webinar, to request for CPT Attendance Letter, please click here to complete the request application and payment(@$150).  
Request for CPT Attendance Letter will only be accepted on or before 28 April 2021 upon successful payment of $150.Participants who fail to submit the request for CPT Attendance Letters and/or complete the payment @$150 will not be awarded of the Attendance Letter. 
No make-up applications and payments will be processed after 28 April 2021.
CPT Attendance Letters will not be awarded to participants who fail to attend the full webinar. The $150 paid will NOT be refunded. 

– To qualify for CPT/CE hours, all participants (members and non-members) must attend the full webinar.  After the webinar, Society staff will verify participants’ check-in and check-out time from the registration system for the purpose of issuing CPT Attendance Letters.  No pro-rata credit hours will be awarded.
