About the Speaker

Mr. Kartik Parameswaran
Finance and Compliance Manager,
AngelHub Limited

Kartik is working as the Finance and Compliance Manager at AngelHub Limited, which is Hong Kong’s first and only SFC licensed tech investment platform. His role is that of conducting due diligence of the companies that apply to fundraise on the AngelHub platform and working together with the start-up team in this exercise. The companies that he has been involved with range from seed stage to Pre-IPO.

Academically, Kartik is a Chartered Accountant and completed his MBA degree specializing in Finance from The University of Hong Kong. He completed his undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Mumbai in India. Prior to his MBA, he worked in the banking and consulting industries in India and the UK.

In his spare time, he likes to volunteer with several NGOs, which work towards betterment of society. He is also very much interested in Chinese language and culture and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
