Although the CFA® journey might seem daunting, our Study Group Leaders and your fellow Study Groupmates are here to get you through.
We are delighted to have Mr. Chris Ansell, CFA, Instructor from UWorld, to dissect and analyze practice questions with you, and Dr. Francis Lau, CFA, our Candidate Services Committee Member, who will be sharing his invaluable exam tips.
During the breakout session, you will get the opportunity to discuss difficult concepts and help refine your understanding of the exam materials with each other. Our Study Group Leaders who are also CFA Charterholders will help you stay motivated and on track for your studies. This is also an opportunity for you to socialize with your peers, making your study process more enjoyable and less stressful.
You will get everything you need to know to prepare for the 2025 CFA exam and tackle it with confidence.
If you have any questions in mind, you are encouraged to submit them during registration and our speakers will address them during the Q/A session.

About the Speaker:
Mr. Chris Ansell, CFA
UWorld CFAⓇ Instructor
Chris Ansell is a seasoned financial professional with nearly two decades of experience in equity markets, spanning the UK and the US. His expertise lies in financial analysis, equity valuation, and operations. He also has a strong background in academia as a lecturer and module leader in Master’s level courses on the CFA exam at institutions like BPP and the University of Hertfordshire Business School.

● Head of Finance & Strategic Research at Black Alpha Capital
● Senior Lecturer and Course Director of MSc Global Finance at Coventry University London
● Head of Research at Arcta Value Partners
● Senior Equity Analyst at Nomura Asset Management
● Investor Relations Manager at BT
Chris has also held significant roles in corporate finance advisory through Cavaja Consulting, providing strategic and financial analysis, forecasting, and valuation services to multinational corporations and FTSE-100 companies. His specialties include CFROI methodology and corporate finance advisory, with extensive experience in investor relations across the telecom and technology sectors in Europe and North America.
Chris’s deep knowledge and hands-on experience make him a sought-after lecturer and advisor in the financial industry, where he continues to contribute to both academic and professional spheres.
