Dr. Alvin Ho is an experienced investment principal with a proven track record in private equity. While dedicating time to teaching at universities, he balances managing private investment portfolios and institutional LP investing with mentoring both start-ups and established companies. In addition, he serves as a board member for listed companies and NGOs, and is a member of investment committees for various funds and platforms. Previously the legal and executive representative for local currency funds incorporated in Beijing and Chengdu, he was the Head of China for a pan-regional private equity growth fund.
As President of the Society, Alvin spearheaded key initiatives to advance industry collaboration. He curated the Society’s 30th-anniversary publication, featuring insights from 30 distinguished industry experts, and launched the flagship ‘Presidential Moment’ series, convening global luminaries including a Nobel Laureate, top strategists, authors, and executives like a multinational bank’s Hong Kong CEO.

Before GLG, he was the Deputy Managing Director of the Kowloon Motor Bus Co. (1933) Ltd. (“KMB”) and a board director of Transport International Holdings Limited, the parent company of KMB. Prior to joining Transport International and KMB, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Before that, he worked at Citigroup’s Derivatives Structuring and Marketing unit.

Mo Jalil

Mo Jalil currently leads APAC enterprise efforts at the Ethereum Foundation, where he focuses on advancing the development of Ethereum’s ecosystem and supporting governments and enterprises in adopting Ethereum as public infrastructure.
Prior to joining the Ethereum Foundation, Mo spearheaded several Web3 initiatives. He served as Chief Product Officer & Head of Engineering at OpenFren, a Web3 data marketplace that leverages privacy-preserving technologies to enable decentralized data exchange. Before that, he was Executive Director of Product & Operations at MetaPair, a task automation AI agent platform used by global companies such as Disney, Warner Bros., and Unilever.
Earlier in his career, Mo founded multiple startups offering products and services ranging from software development to SAAS product integrations. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, he worked at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in Fixed Income, Currencies, Commodities & Derivatives.

Prior to joining China AMC (HK) Ltd., he served as the Chief Investment Officer at Pando Finance Limited (with an AUM of HK$1 billion), where he managed a number of virtual asset funds.
At China AMC (HK) Ltd., William manages the China AMC Spot BTC and Ether ETF and also contributes to managing the tokenized Money Market Fund.

Andy Ng

Andy Ng is the Head of iShares Equity Product Strategy within BlackRock’s Global Product Solutions business. He is responsible for the commercialization, narratives, and development of the firm’s Equity ETF business in the Asia Pacific region. His team represents the equity franchise to investors, delivering thought leadership, insights, client engagement, and technical analysis.
Before assuming his current role, Andy was a member of BlackRock's EII APAC Investment Strategy and Product Consulting team, where he was responsible for delivering trade ideas and actionable market insights across asset classes to clients using iShares products.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Andy worked at Vanguard as an Investment Product Specialist, providing investment strategy and product recommendations to clients and sales teams. Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Asset Management Multi-Asset Solutions group, where he managed multi-asset portfolios for institutional clients in Asia and for Hong Kong mutual funds. In this role, he was responsible for fund selection, portfolio construction, and tactical asset allocation analysis. He began his investment career at BlackRock in the Asia Equity team as an Equity Specialist.

Vivien Wong

Vivien Wong is a Partner at HashKey Capital, one of Asia's largest virtual asset investment management firms and the first to launch crypto ETFs in Hong Kong. With over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, she possesses extensive expertise in primary and secondary market investment, investment research, and product development across a diverse range of asset classes.
Prior to joining HashKey Capital, Vivien held several prominent positions in the financial industry. As General Manager at Huobi Asset Management, she spearheaded the firm’s asset management initiatives, overseeing portfolio construction and investment strategies across a range of digital assets. Before that, she served as Head of Direct Investment at China Merchants Securities, where she led investment efforts in private equity, and as Head of Strategic Investment at Fosun Group, where she guided the firm’s global investment strategy.

Will Cai currently serves as Head of China Business of CMB International ("CMBi"), a wholly owned subsidiary of China Merchant Bank.
In his current capacity, Will oversees CMBi's Investment Banking Business both in Greater China and Southeast Asia, providing corporate finance and capital raising services to strategic clients across the region. In addition, he drives CMBi's endeavor in the realm of cryptocurrency and tokenization, having led recent successful RWA issuance by a leading AI infrastructure company listed on the NYSE, which marks the first RWA issuance by a Chinese high-tech issuer in Hong Kong.
Will began his career with Merrill Lynch in New York City, later relocating to Merrill Lynch's Hong Kong office in 2010, and served as Head of Industrials and Energy for CLSA. He has been in his current role since 2020.

Jialin Liu

Jialin Liu joined Cinda International in 2011 as a member of the senior management. He has close to 30 years of experience in global cross-asset trading and investment. Before Cinda, he was a member of Morgan Stanley Global Management Committee and co-head of Morgan Stanley Asia Sales and Trading until 2007. He joined Morgan Stanley New York in 1992 and he came to Hong Kong to set up Morgan Stanley Asia fixed income business in 1995.
Since 1994, Jialin has been actively involved in the development of Asia's Fixed Income Market. From Oct 2006 to Jan 2008, he was the co-chairman of Asia Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (“ASIFMA”). He was also the Executive Director and Editor of China Forex Magazine, a publication issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange in China.
Jialin is serving on the board of Far East Horizon (3360.HK) and was a board member of China Merchant Securities (6099.HK). He holds a Master's degree from MIT and a Bachelor's degree from Peking University.

Eddie Fu Wing Lau (“Eddie”) has 23 years of experience in fintech, asset management, and brokerage in China and the United States. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Arta Global Markets Limited (“AGML”), a Hong Kong-based financial institution regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission to conduct Type 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities. AGML offers one-stop, hybrid financial services in brokerage, custody, and asset management in traditional assets and digital assets.
Under Eddie’s leadership, Arta TechFin Corporation Limited (“ATCL”) received the Best Technology Award in Central Bank Digital Currency (“CBDC”) of Global Fast Track 2022 by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (“HKMA”). ATCL was also selected by HKMA to participate in the e-HKD Pilot Programme in May 2023 and Project Ensemble Sandbox in August 2024 to develop Hong Kong’s infrastructure and use cases in CBDC, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and tokenized real-world assets (RWAs).
From 2018 to 2020, Eddie held senior executive positions and managed US$4.5 billion of China offshore and onshore assets with one of the largest Sino-Foreign joint-venture fund management companies in China, Rongtong Fund Management headquartered in Shenzhen, and its Hong Kong subsidiary, Rongtong Global Investment. From 2010 to 2017, he co-founded PCA Investments, a hedge fund seeded by the China Investment Corporation, in Beijing and Harmony Advisor, an external asset manager, in Hong Kong. From 2006 to 2010, he managed absolute return portfolios at Elliott Advisors and Merrill Lynch, respectively. In June 2002, he began his career as a convertible bond trader with UBS Securities LLC in the United States.
Eddie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with Honors from the University of Chicago (“UChicago”) in 2002. He has been a board member of the UChicago Alumni Board since July 2023. In June 2018 and May 2023, he received the Alumni Club of the Year Award and the Alumni Service Award from UChicago, respectively. He has been a committee member of the Hong Kong Football Association, China, since 2019. He was a member of the Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from July 2023 to June 2025. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Hong Kong.
