Additional Information :

1.        Please arrive 10 mins early to allow yourself to settle down comfortably before session

2.       Please be in a light stomach condition (1.5 hrs gap after a full meal).

3.       Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.

4.       No Yoga Mat is required.
