Mr. Davy Leung describes himself as a wine lover and a Fellow Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) in his corporate finance network, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, assurance services, and family trusts and offices. He is committed to providing continuous professional support and staying at the forefront of the wine and spirits industry. As a partner of Aquaseason Professionals Limited, Davy also runs his own private equity fund in fine wines and spirits, offering it as an alternative investment for clients. He holds an Approved Programme Provider license for the formal WSET courses and has regularly hosted semi-formal workshops within his professional network. He has taught numerous private and public wine courses, including at The Open University of Hong Kong, to students ranging from lawyers and accountants to bankers and other professionals. Recently, Davy has consulted with one of Hong Kong’s esteemed wine schools to expand his student network by offering courses such as Level 1 to 3 Wines & Spirits, Diploma, and blind tasting tuition to current students. In addition, he specializes in Italian and Australian wines and regularly conducts courses such as the Italian Wine Maestro course and Australian region-focused courses. He incorporates his wine travel and winemaking experiences into his teachings.
