Come join us for an enlightening webinar co-hosting with CFA Society Singapore on 4 October, where we will discuss “Global Politics, The US Election, and Investment Impacts in 2025 and Beyond”.
Delve into the key points and topics covered in this significant discussion during the event, presented by Mr. Matt Gertken, Chief Strategist, Geopolitical Strategy and US Political Strategy of BCA Research:
- Global multi-asset portfolios experience a range of impacts from political and geopolitical trends that affect the macroeconomic outlook.
- Is there a reliable framework for interpreting these impacts? What can investors learn from recent case studies?
- What is the current macroeconomic outlook for 2025 and how is it shaped, or not, by politics and geopolitics?
- Has there been a common theme across global elections in 2024? Will the US election in 2024 fit the mold or break it?
- What are the odds of the different scenarios coming out of the US election? How will they impact US policy and global markets?
- How will other nations anticipate and react to the US election results? What will be the cumulative impact on the 2025 outlook?
- What other geopolitical risks and opportunities are looming for investors in 2025 and beyond? How should investors prepare?
