Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a futuristic idea—it has become a driving force behind innovation and operational efficiency in the global financial sector. From algorithmic trading and fraud detection to personalized banking experiences and portfolio optimization, AI technologies are now deeply interwoven into the daily decision-making processes of leading financial institutions.

This session will demystify the core principles of AI and explore how machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics are shaping modern finance. Attendees will gain insights into how AI has progressed from theoretical models to tangible tools that enhance risk management, streamline compliance, and unlock new sources of value for both institutions and clients.

Drawing on over 25 years of experience in global finance, the speaker will provide a practitioner’s perspective on the opportunities, challenges, and ethical considerations surrounding AI adoption. Real-world case studies will highlight the measurable impact of AI implementations across different segments of the industry, offering participants practical lessons on how to leverage AI for strategic advantage.
