1.5-Hour Food Waste Upcycling Workshop
Through upcycling household food waste into jewelry, Ways Out empowers underprivileged women with training and work. Dive into the world of sustainability as we explore the journey of food waste and discover how it can be creatively transformed into beautiful jewelry.

During this engaging session, you will:

• Learn about the environmental impact of food waste
• Discover the empowering initiatives of WAYS OUT
• Participate in a hands-on upcycling experience by crafting unique bracelets

• Registration is required and no walk-in will be accommodated.
• If you have any discomfort or flu symptoms, please refrain from attending the event.
• Only registered participants are allowed to stay and attend the event.
• Registrations should be paid in full before the commencement of the activity. CFA Society Hong Kong (the “Society”) reserves the right to decline entrance to the activity for any unpaid registrations or registrations in doubt.
• Registrations are successful only upon confirmation of receipt of payments.
• The Society does not accept cash or cheque payments. Please ensure the online payment is successfully completed in order to secure the registration.
• The full amount of registration fee will still be charged for no show or enrolment made after 5 Dec 2024 (Thursday).
• For any cancellation of confirmed enrolment on or before 5 Dec 2024 (Thursday), an administration fee of HK$50 plus 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and be confirmed by email from the Society.
• A refund of the registration fee (after deducting HK$50 administration fee and 50% forfeiture) will be given for cancellation received on/before 5 Dec 2024 (Thursday)
• For payment made by credit card, a refund will be handled through the card-issuing bank. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. The amount will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.
• No refund will be given for cancellation received after 5 Dec 2024 (Thursday).
• Substitutions are allowed and please notify us no later than 9 Dec 2024 (Monday) if such an arrangement is required. Non-member rate applies if the substitute is not a CFA Society Hong Kong member.
• The event organizers reserve the right to change the format or date of the event due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
