2023年是香港特許金融分析師學會 (CFA Society Hong Kong) 30週年，也是CFA北京協會 (CFA Society Beijing) 成立的第10週年。兩個協會有著深厚的歷史淵源，也均致力於為中國金融行業的發展培養優秀的專業人才。

香港作為國際金融中心，雖然在過去的30年經歷過不同的挑戰與考驗，卻一次次在浴火中重生，砥礪前行，金融業取得了巨大的發展和成就。未來，香港在繼續發揮其作為國際金融中心的優勢的同時，也將隨著中國經濟的快速發展，進一步深化與內地金融市場和機構的融合。

本次活動我們有幸邀請到3位行業專家，請他們從各自的視角，為大家回顧香港金融行業的發展歷程，探討未來的方向，以及如何更好的與內地金融市場融合。

2023 marks the 30th anniversary for CFA Society Hong Kong and the 10th anniversary for CFA Society Beijing. The two societies share a profound historical connection and are both devoted to cultivating outstanding professionals for the development of China’s financial industry.

As an international financial centre, Hong Kong has experienced various challenges and tests over the past 30 years. However, it has repeatedly risen from different crisis and keeps forging ahead. Hong Kong’s financial industry has already made great progress and achievements. In the future, while continuing to leverage its advantages as an international financial centre, Hong Kong will continuously deepen its integration with the mainland financial market and institutions along with the rapid growth of China’s economy.

In today’s event, we are fortunate to have three industry experts to overview the development of Hong Kong’s financial industry, explore future directions, and discuss how to better integrate with the mainland financial market with their experiences and insights.

About the Speakers

何敏先生, CFA
香港特許金融分析師學會會長

何先生擁有特許金融分析師資格，是一位經驗豐富的投資委託人，在私募股權投資方面成績彪炳。他目前一邊管理私人投資和機構投資組合，另一邊為尋求新機遇的初創企業和成熟企業提供輔導和指引。他亦是上市公司和非牟利組織的董事會成員，以及基金和平台投資委員會的成員。 此前，他曾擔任在北京和成都註冊成立、以當地貨幣為本位的私募基金的法定代表或執行代表，以及一家跨國的區域性私募股權增長基金的中國區負責人。

他擁有清華大學和倫敦商學院的多個研究生學位，目前正在上海財經大學攻讀博士學位。他撰寫了三本關於體育經濟學的中文書籍，其中《巨星經濟學》乃由重慶出版社於大陸出版發行。

Alvin Ho is an experienced investment principal with a track record in private equity. He currently splits his time between managing a portfolio of private investments and institutional investing on one end, and handholding start-ups and grown-ups seeking new iterations on the other. In addition, he serves as a board member for listed companies and NGOs and is a member of investment committees for funds and platforms. Previously the legal and executive representative for the local currency funds incorporated in Beijing and Chengdu, Alvin was the Head of China for a regional private equity growth fund.

Ho holds various post-graduate degrees from Tsinghua University and London Business School and is on course to complete a Ph.D. with the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He has authored two books in Chinese on the economics of sports.

林寧先生, CFA
中金香港資管公司董事總經理

林寧擁有23年全球金融市場從業經驗，從九十年代末起即供職於雷曼兄弟公司等頂尖國際投行，為業界知名外匯、利率及信用市場專家，在2017年加入中金前為UBS董事總經理，亞太固定收益主管，香港金管局持牌主管人（EO）。林寧擁有商學碩士學位，是美國註冊特許金融分析師（CFA）。林寧於2022年榮獲《亞洲資產管理》香港地區“年度最佳CEO”獎項。

Ning Lin (林宁) is Managing Director of CICC Hong Kong Asset Management Limited. He started his career at Lehman Brothers in Tokyo in 1999, and worked also at Nomura International after the merger in 2008, as the main trader of exotic rates, FX and hybrids portfolio across major G10 and EM currencies. From 2010 to 2016, he worked at UBS as a Managing Director and APAC fixed income trading head. He was a firm-wide “key risk taker” (KRT). Lin also served as Executive Officer (EO) representing UBS AG under HKMA. Lin was Partner and CEO of 9M Stone Capital Limited before joining CICC in 2017.

Lin holds a Master’s degree in Business from Sophia University in Japan. A CFA® charter-holder, he currently serves as Non-executive Director with the CFA Society of Hong Kong.

Lin was named “CEO of the Year, Hong Kong” by Asia Asset Management in 2022.

尉巍先生
摩根士丹利執行董事

尉巍先生在中國內地和香港均具備豐富的金融行業管理經驗。尉巍先生於2012年加入中信證券，從事經紀業務工作，具備豐富的服務機構投資者及企業管理經驗。 2020年，他加入摩根士丹利亞洲有限公司機構股票業務部，從事衍生品相關工作。自2022年開始，尉巍先生調動至北京，負責摩根士丹利在中國期貨公司的設立工作。

Mr. Wei has extensive management experience of financial industry in both China mainland and Hong Kong. Mr. Wei joined CITIC Securities in 2012, where he worked in brokerage business and accumulated experiences in servicing institutional investors and company management. In 2020, he joined Morgan Stanley Asia Limited Institutional Equity Division, focusing on derivative-related products and transactions. From 2022,  Mr. Wei relocated to Beijing and is responsible for the setup of futures brokerage companies in China.
