Claire Goodchild

Claire Goodchild is the Asia Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Stanley. She is involved in the design of the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy, which has resulted in numerous recognitions, including the Gold Standard for LGBT Inclusion in published indices in Hong Kong and Japan as well as being named one of the 100 Best Companies for Women in India.
 
Over the course of more than 15 years at Morgan Stanley, Claire has held other roles in talent development and has led a team to win a Silver Award for Excellence in Training and Development. She is heavily involved with TWF, having been co-chair of the Foundation’s Mentor Programme Steering Committee from 2016 to 2018 and acting as chair of the Human Resources Advisory Council (HRAC) of TWF since 2019.

Janet Li, CFA

Janet Li is the Chief Executive Officer of BEA Union Investment. Prior to joining BEA Union Investment, she was the Wealth Business Leader for Asia and a Partner at Mercer, where she led the Retirement and Investment business of the firm in the region. Throughout her over 20 years’ investment consulting career, she worked closely with institutional clients and platforms on their portfolios, and across diverse types of asset classes ranging from public to private markets investments.
 
Janet is currently serving as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association (HKRSA). She is also a Member of the Human Capital Committee of the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC). She is an Adjunct Associate Professor of The Faculty of Business and Economics at The University of Hong Kong.
 
Janet graduated with Bachelor Degree of Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong and is a CFA charterholder.

Natalie Chan, MAoF, FCCA, CFA
Banking & Capital Markets Leader (Hong Kong)
Deloitte China

Natalie is the Hong Kong Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) Leader at Deloitte China, overseeing all service lines in BCM sector. She has extensive experience, including stationing in the Greater Bay Area of mainland China for four years, providing audit and advisory services to financial institutions. Her diverse clientele includes Global, Chinese and Hong Kong banks, securities and investment funds.
 
Natalie supports financial institutions with a wide range of advisory services, including regulatory advisory, compliance reviews, and licensing application services.  She is also a member of the Asia Pacific Regulatory Group of Deloitte AP network, providing inputs and feedback on regulatory matters for the banking and capital market industry teams in Asia Pacific region. 
 
Her previous roles include Member of Deloitte China DEI Council, Regional Audit Group Leader of Financial Services Industry, and Regional Talent Leader of Audit for Deloitte Southern China
 
Since April 2023, Natalie has been a member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance (MAoF) and graduated from its Inaugural Cohort of the Financial Leaders Programme in December 2022.
 
Natalie is both a HKICPA and CFA chartered holder.  She has been serving as the Global Council Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2019. Natalie is also the Co-Chair of Innovation & Technology Committee of Hong Kong Women Professionals & Entrepreneurs Association.

Adrian Chan
Executive Director, Executive Education

Adrian Chan is Executive Director at the Executive Education at the HKU Business School. The Executive Education unit, previously known as the Poon Kam Kai Institute of Management, was established in 1998 under the auspices of the HKU Business School of The University of Hong Kong. Since then, the unit has undergone rapid development, and has become one of the important gateways for the academics to connect with business corporations and public sectors.
 
Adrian has substantial experiences across Education and Business sectors, started a career in management consulting, and then held leadership positions across different sectors from retail, manufacturing and automotives. Adrian has also valuable experiences in education sector, having worked for HK Polytechnic University, and Executive Education of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Prior to joining HKU Business School, Adrian was General Manager of Fung Academy, responsible for the talent development at Fung Group.
 
At HKU Business School, Adrian is responsible for the Executive Education unit which provides open and customized programmes for both public and private sectors. Adrian is also renowned to be a philanthropist supporting the elderly and under-privileged.

David Tsoi, CFA, CAIA, FRM, CESGA, CAMS

David Tsoi is the Head of Index Research, APAC at Nasdaq, spearheading the index research efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. The team provides research and insights on Nasdaq’s entire product suite, including U.S. and global broad-based, thematic, multi-factor and option indexes.
 
Before joining Nasdaq, David held the position of Vice President at Global X ETFs, a thematic ETF specialist owned by Mirae Asset. He was responsible for the product development of over 20 ETFs, including the world’s first Asia green bond ETF and Hong Kong’s first covered call ETFs. Prior to that, he worked in the Investment Products division of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), where he was involved in policy formulation for the asset management industry and product authorization, including the approval of Hong Kong’s first ESG ETF.
 
David holds an array of qualifications, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA), and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
