Join us for the International Women’s Day 2026 Networking Seminar, where we explore meaningful insights on community giving and advancing workplace diversity through mutual support and reciprocity.

The event features a Fireside Chat with Mr. Carlson Tong, Chairman of HKEX. As a distinguished male ally in diversity and inclusion, Carlson has been a pivotal force in promoting workplace equity. Under his leadership, HKEX became the first international exchange to prohibit single-gender boards among listed issuers, requiring at least one director of a different gender. HKEX has also introduced a range of network events across workplace over the years to support family care, LGBTQ+ celebrations, and broader inclusion initiatives.

Following the Fireside Chat, a panel discussion with professionals from diverse backgrounds and expertise will share experiences and offer practical guidance on how individuals can contribute to building a more inclusive community. Embracing the principle that “It is in giving that we receive,” speakers will highlight how industry professionals, who often enjoy greater resources, can gain personally and professionally by giving back to society.

We are honored to partner this year with Mother’s Choice, a Hong Kong-based charity founded in 1987 that supports vulnerable children without families and young women facing crisis pregnancies, with a vision to ensure every child grows up in a loving family. To embody the #GiveToGain spirit, we encourage all registrants to consider a voluntary HK$100 donation to Mother’s Choice via their website.
