Time: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Venue: CFA Society Hong Kong, 14/F, BOC Group Life Assurance Tower, 136 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong

In this informative seminar and panel discussion, we delve into the dynamic intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLM), exploring how these evolving trends in technology and the increasing data requirements are reshaping the investment landscape. The event aims to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical implementation, providing invaluable insights into acquiring AI technologies for investment purposes.

The pace of AI implementation in trading and finance in the Asia-Pacific region, compared to other international markets, has been trying to catch up in recent years. We will address the challenges and opportunities encountered by organizations in leveraging AI technologies for investment practices, offering a platform to discuss strategies for overcoming barriers and accelerating the adoption of AI in finance.

Participants will also gain valuable insights into the complete journey from raw data to tech applications, understanding the essential features of high-quality data for effective data extraction and analysis, as well as the pivotal role of cloud technology in supporting AI-driven investment solutions.

(Sandwiches and drinks will be served at the event.)
