General Meeting Notices to Members - Exclusively Through Electronic Means

We would like to announce a change in the delivery method of notices related to General Meetings to our Regular Members. Going forward, all notices related to General Meetings will be delivered exclusively through electronic means. Members will no longer receive physical mail for these notices, including the upcoming 2026 Annual General Meeting Notice.

This change is aligned with our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations, as well as our focus on enhancing efficiency in our communication processes. By transitioning to electronic delivery, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint and streamline our operations.
