• This event is offered as a complimentary benefit to members who have renewed their Society membership for the FY2024-25 on or before Tuesday, 2 July 2024.
• Renewed members will receive an email containing a coupon code enabling them to register for this event at no cost.
• Members who have not yet renewed their Society membership for FY2024-25 may still participate in the event by paying a fee of HK$100.
• Event fees are non-refundable for members who register and subsequently renew their membership.
• Registration is requested, please register on or before Tuesday, 2 July 2024.).

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

Venue: CFA Society Hong Kong Office

Remarks:

• Registration is requested, please register on or before Tuesday, 2 July 2024.
• This event is offered as a complimentary benefit to members who have renewed their Society membership for the FY2024-25 on or before Tuesday, 2 July 2024.
• Renewed members will receive an email containing a coupon code enabling them to register for this event at no cost.
• Members who have not yet renewed their Society membership for FY2024-25 or those who are newly joined for FY2024-25 membership, may still participate in the event by paying a fee of HK$100.
• Event fees are non-refundable for members who register and subsequently renew their membership.
• This complimentary offer cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
• An event reminder will be sent out 1 day before the event. If you have not received the email confirmation and reminder, it is the delegate’s responsibility to contact CFA Society Hong Kong to confirm their place.
• For those who have paid to join the event, full amount will still be charged for no-show or enrolment made after Tuesday, 2 July 2024.
• An administration fee of HK$50 will be charged for any cancellation of confirmed enrollment made on or before Tuesday, 2 July 2024. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and be confirmed by email from Society Hong Kong.
• Refund of the event fee (less an administration fee of HK$50 per person) will be given for cancellation received on/before Tuesday, 2 July 2024.
  • For payment made by credit card, a refund will be handled through the bank, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. The amount will be refunded to the paid credit card account.
  • No refund will be given for cancellation received after Tuesday, 2 July 2024.
• Substitutions are allowed. Please notify us on or before Tuesday, 2 July 2024. Event fee applies if the substitute is not a renewed member of the above-mentioned date.
• A short presentation introducing the Society will be conducted in English.
• Should there be any changes to the event dates and other arrangements, we will notify participants via SMS and/or email.  Notices will also be posted on Society’s website.  Please stay alert with our notifications.
• The event organizers reserve the right to change the format, date or speakers of the event due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• In case of dispute, the decision of CFA Society Hong Kong is final, and no further correspondences will be entertained.
