To enhance SMS notification security, CFA Society Hong Kong (the “Society”) has participated in the “SMS Sender Registration Scheme” launched by Office of the Communications Authority. Our Sender ID “#CFAHK” is being used to send SMS containing member communications, such as membership status reminders, member profile updates, ad-hoc event arrangements, etc.
The Society will never request personal information via SMS. Members should remain highly vigilant when receiving SMS messages and avoid sharing personal information in response to such messages under any circumstances.
