The Career Development Committee of CFA Society Hong Kong is offering our members opportunities to engage with leading corporates in the financial services industry, to better understand the latest developments in their organizations, as well as career opportunities as they are also looking to strengthen their workforce. At different sessions of our “Career Fair Series”, speakers will present an overview of their business, insights into their corporate cultures, career development trends in the investment industry, and current opportunities available for CFA charterholders / members.

About the Speakers

Mr. Tony Tsang
Partner and Hong Kong Leader, Strategy & Transactions

Mr. Tony Tsang is Partner and Hong Kong Leader of EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice. He has over 20 years of transaction experience and participated in over 200 deals.  Before relocating back to Hong Kong in 2019 to develop the Greater Bay Area transaction market, he spent 15 years in Shanghai leading the Greater China transaction support team. He has assisted multinational companies and private equity firms investing in Greater China and helped many large Chinese companies on their outbound investments in the US, Europe and Asia, with deal size ranging from US$50 million to over US$1 billion.

Associate Partner, Strategy & Transactions

Mr. Chris Chan is Associate Partner of EY-Parthenon focusing on Transaction Strategy & Execution. He has over 12 years of M&A consulting experience for Fortune 500 MNCs in Greater China. He advises C-suites and senior executives on transaction strategy while supporting execution to help clients make better capital decisions and achieve optimal long-term value. He has led 50+ M&A transactions and played a key leadership role as regional / country leader in a number of high-profile post-deal integration and carve-out projects.
